Travel Directions
Our brilliant location
Damrak Short Stay Amsterdam is located in the center of the city, within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. This makes the hotel easily accessible from Schiphol Airport. The hotel is surrounded by options for public transportation, so you can easily visit all neighborhoods in the city. Metrostation Rokin and Central Station are on a 5 minute walk.
But because of its unique location, the most important sights such as Dam Square and the Rijksmuseum are also within walking distance.
From Schiphol Airport
From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol walk to the train station, which is situated in the hall of the airport. Take the stairs of elevator to the train platforms. Get any train heading to Amsterdam Central Station. Get off at Central Station after about 20 minutes traveltime. Damrak Short Stay Amsterdam is nearby Central Station in about a five-minute walk.
Leave the station through the main entrance on the south side and walk in the direction of Dam Square. After 200 meters you will find our accomodation on your right, just next to our Italian restaurant Bravi Ragazzi, where you can check in at the bar.
From Amsterdam Central Station
Get off at Central Station after about 20 minutes traveltime. Damrak Short Stay Amsterdam is nearby Central Station in about a five-minute walk. Leave the station through the main entrance on the south side and walk in the direction of Dam Square. After 200 meters you will find our hotel on your right, right next to our Italian restaurant Bravi Ragazzi, where you can check in at the bar.

By Car
To travel to Damrak Short Stay Amsterdam by car, we recommend that you use Google Maps and follow the instructions. We do not have private parking. Even though parking in Amsterdam is hard, there are a number of parking garages in the vicinity of our Short Stay apartments.

By Taxi
Just give the address to the taxi driver and he/she will take care. A taxi-service from the Schiphol Airport is about 70 euros.

Check-in/out & Cancellation
Checkin & Checkout
Check in time is from 15:00 hours.
Check-ins take place in our restaurant Bravi Ragazzi. Our host is happy to help you at the bar. Once you enter your apartment, your Amsterdam adverture can finally start.
If there is sufficient availability it is possible to check in earlier than 15:00 hours. Please note that the company cannot be obligated to grant clients an early check-in.
Check out time is before 11:00 hours.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all apartments must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes up to 30 days before the arrival date, no costs will be charged. If canceled or changed afterwards and in the case of a no-show, the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations and changes during the stay, the total reservation will be charged or no money will be refunded.
Cancellation of a reservation will only be effective from the date of receipt in writing to reservations@damrakshortstay.com. You are responsible for receiving the cancellation.
Reservations made via affiliated websites (such as Booking.com, Expedia) can only be canceled if the cancellation takes place via the respective affiliated website.
